  • Return Eligibility:
    • If a product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, customers can usually request a replacement or refund
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Missing items in confirmed order
  • Return Window: Must notify us within 15 minutes of receiving the order.

  • Refund or Replacement:
    • Valid complaints will be refunded within 30 minutes to 1 hour or replaced with a fresh item.
    • No return/refund for change-of-mind or late complaints.
