- If a product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, customers can usually request a replacement or refund
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in confirmed order
- Return Window: Must notify us within 15 minutes of receiving the order.

- Refund or Replacement:
- Valid complaints will be refunded within 30 minutes to 1 hour or replaced with a fresh item.
- No return/refund for change-of-mind or late complaints.
